golf course lighting manufacturer

Manual lift poles, portable lifts, lift lighting equipment, golf course lighting are lifting devices specially designed for antennas or related equipment under various environmental conditions, which can be used in vehicles or fixed on the ground. The rod body is made of aluminum alloy material and has two lifting modes: electric and manual. The principle of synchronous lifting of each rod body is driven by the synchronous helical rotation transmission of each section of the lead screw, which can be firmly locked at any height within the specified elevation to work; unique

Compared with other similar electric lift poles, golf course lighting's working principle, mechanical transmission form and novel structural design make it better in orientation, faster in lifting, smaller in size, larger in working load, and easier in operation.
golf course lighting manufacturer has a firmer installation and a stronger work stability, reliability and safety. At present, this kind of electric lifting pole has formed a series of products such as 5m, 7m, 9m, 12m, 15m, 18m, etc., which can meet the various needs of different users.

Knowledge about the wind resistance of masts

The wind resistance performance of golf course lighting is one of the important technical indicators of mast products. Every customer wants to know how much wind their mast can withstand with the load installed, but at present, almost no one can answer this question accurately. This is because the wind resistance of a mast is determined by three factors:

A. The material and structure of the mast

B. The height of the mast

C. Weight, volume and shape of the load

In the case where the above three conditions are clear, to obtain the specific wind resistance index of the pneumatic lifting rod, pneumatic lifting device, pneumatic telescopic mast, pneumatic lifting tower mast, and pneumatic lifting bracket, the following three methods can be used:

1) Theoretical calculation is to use methods such as finite element analysis.

2) The simulation experiment converts different levels of wind into wind pressure, and then uses physical methods (tensile force meter) to test.

3) Wind tunnel experiment The mast and the load are placed in the wind tunnel to simulate the wind speed for testing.
