Installation instructions:

Routine maintenance

1. The pneumatic lifting mast adopts self-lubricating material, and the lifting process does not require oil lubrication. However, our pneumatic lift masts are already installed with high-efficiency grease, which helps to protect the pipe wall and seals.

You can add a small amount of lubricating oil on a regular basis (usually every three or four months depending on usage). Since the mast is filled with lubricating oil, oil mist will be ejected with the air in the pipe when exhausting, which is a normal phenomenon.

2. After the pneumatic lift rod product is used for a period of time, the buffer rubber pad at the coupling sleeve may be degummed or dropped. Please pay attention to replenishing or replacing it. However, the falling off of the cushion will not affect the normal use of the pneumatic lift rod.
