Portable motorized antenna mast has the advantages of large load, low noise, fast lifting, low earthquake resistance, strong self-fall buffering performance, and stability. It plays an important role in night rescue and rescue in various natural disasters and emergencies. Lifting methods are divided into three categories: manual lifting, electric lifting, and flashlight integrated lifting. Movement mode: mainly install a bottom plate under the generator and then fix four wheels, which is easy to carry and move.
Installation and maintenance:
1. After each work, the power plug of the mobile lifting rod must be unplugged;
2. Every time the lifting work is performed, especially in windy and sandy weather, the mobile lifting rod should be cleaned up, and the screws should be checked for looseness.
3. When it is not used for more than 3 months, it is necessary to carefully check whether the components of the moving lifting rod are connected well, check whether the seals are damaged, and perform electric operation after manual operation is normal;
4. If the moving lift rod is in the process of rising (falling) in place, if the limit switch fails, please lower (rise) about 30mm by hand, and then jog to lower (rise), if it is still not normal, the limit switch may be damaged. Please replace the limit switch.
5. When the weather is too cold, such as when the motorized antenna mast cannot be started electrically, please raise (lower) about 30mm by hand, and then raise (lower) electrically.
6. When the lifting rod stops and then rises during the rising process, if it does not rise and does not move, please lower it about 30mm and then rise.
7. The motor of the motorized antenna mast has a thermal protection device, it will automatically stop working if the temperature is too high, and the switch will automatically reset when the temperature drops, please operate the button again.
8. The seal at the top of the telescopic camera and antenna mast is a life-span piece. Because the material of the seal is aviation rubber, it is not suitable for long-term storage. It needs to be replaced regularly. When replacing, please use the original manufacturer's seal. Damage to the seal will not affect the use, but it will affect the three-proof performance and the amount of shaking. The replacement of the seal is shown in the figure.
